Coming soon
- Registered: the letter as registered mail; extra port "not accepted after x days". A registered letter costs clearly more; the node makes this visible.
- Attachment through a file mask: a document from the case file in the envelope; the template can then stay empty and only the attachment is sent.
- Add a D-form, with the port "no D-form present".
- No interaction after x time: port based on the QR code or paylink.
- Recipient: address 1, 2, an order or a custom address.
Good to know
- Sending on a weekend moves to Monday; the due date is always at least three days after the send date. See Workflow settings.
- Letters show up in Quality control before they go to the print partner. See Checking and sending letters (Quality control).
- An address without a house number is invalid; the letter is then not created.
- Letters are only available if your organization uses letters.
