Creates a PDF based on a letter template, for example an invoice or a specification, and stores it in the customer's case file. If you want, you add a delivered file at the end and decide whether the customer sees the document on MyCase. The workflow waits until the document is ready.

Use
- Invoice as a document plus an email: first place Create document, then an Email node with a template that points to the attachment on MyCase.
- Cover letter with a specification: the template is the cover letter, the attachment is the specification delivered through the API or SFTP.
- Check first: make the document invisible, let a Create task node have an employee check it, and then make the document visible.
Good to know
- The document is created in the language of the collection order if the template is multilingual.
- The document counts as an attachment and can later be sent again as a letter from the customer page.
