Use
- Wait three days after an email before an SMS: a fixed time of 3 days. Often it is easier to use the no response after x days port of the email; then you only wait for customers who have not paid.
- Bundle messages at a fixed moment, for example every Tuesday at 09:00: wait until Tuesday 09:00.
Good to know
- The send days and send hours of the client still apply afterwards: if you wait until Sunday, an email is only sent at the next allowed moment.
- Do not delete a wait node while collection orders are waiting in it; switch or pause those collection orders first.
