A text box on the canvas to explain why a part of the workflow is built the way it is. The note has no ports and does nothing when the workflow runs.

Use
- Above a branch: "Business customers do not get an SMS (agreed with Finance, March 2026)."
- With an A/B test: what you are testing and until when.
- With a wait node: why the wait time is seven days.
Good to know
- Notes are included when you publish, so colleagues in production see the same explanation.
- Also use notes to mark temporary choices you want to review later.
