Moves the collection order to another workflow. The current workflow ends here: all other running paths, wait times and open tasks of this collection order stop. The collection order starts at the starting point of the target workflow.

Settings
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Mode | Workflow (default) or Classic flow |
| Target workflow | The workflow the collection order goes to; the list only shows workflows |
| Classic flow and step | Only in Classic flow mode: the flow and the step where the collection order enters |
| End other paths | Always on; shows what happens |
Entering at a later node of the target workflow will come in a later version.
Use
- Split by target group: after a Logic node, send each segment to its own workflow (business, private, French-speaking).
- Follow-up route: at the end of a reminder route, pass on to the final notice route.
- Transition period: reach a part that only exists in a classic flow so far (for example a specific step) through Classic flow mode.
Good to know
- In the test environment you can switch to all workflows; in production only to published ones.
- If a scheduled payment or settlement is running on the collection order, the target workflow only carries out steps once it is completed or has expired.
- Switching manually from the customer page does the same. See Switching a collection order to another flow.
