Coming soon
- Task on pause (approval task): the workflow waits; the task has the buttons Approve and Reject, each with its own follow-up path and a description of the conditions.
- Accept or reject automatically after x time: if nobody handles the task within the term.
Use
- "Call the customer" after the second reminder without a response.
- "Check the invoice" before a document is made visible.
- Catch failures: after the not sent port of a letter, a task in the list Check address.
Good to know
- For employees, tasks from workflows look the same as tasks from colleagues. See The task overview.
- If a collection order is paid or ends, an open task stays until someone completes or cancels it, except with Switch workflow: then the open tasks of that collection order expire.
