Coming soon (visible, not active yet)
- Not read after x time and no interaction after x time: extra ports based on opens and clicks.
- Registered: first a notification, the real email only after acceptance; extra port "not accepted after x days".
- Add attachment: send a document from the case file as an attachment.
- Recipient: choose between email address 1, 2, an order or a custom address.
- Respite at node level: currently a setting of the client.
Good to know
- Email address correction (the customer corrects their address after a bounce) is standard behavior of the client; you do not need a separate node for it.
- Do you want a thank-you message after payment? You set that up at workflow level, not per node. See Workflow settings.
- The sender address of emails is set per client; POM can set a different one per workflow.
