Every task has a type. The portal has the types below. In the task overview you see how many tasks of each type are open.
| Task type | When the task is created |
|---|---|
| No contact data | A flow wanted to send a message, but the customer has no usable address, email address or number and there is no fallback channel. |
| Note | A note from a flow or a colleague that needs follow-up. |
| Failed payment plan | A term of a settlement was not paid and the settlement profile is set to "Create task, pause collection order". |
| AI predictive agent | A signal from the AI feature that a customer needs extra attention. |
| E-mail optout | The customer has unsubscribed from email. |
| Letter bounce | A letter was returned. |
| Email bounce | An email could not be delivered. |
| Broken payment promise | The customer did not keep a payment promise. |
| Paused collection order | A collection order is paused and is waiting for a colleague. |
| Collection agency | A flow has reached the end at the step Transfer to collection agency, but your collection agency has no automatic link with POM. Send the case to your collection agency yourself. With the collection agencies that POM has a link with, the transfer happens automatically and this task is not created. |
| Complaint | The customer has submitted a complaint, for example via MyCase. |
| Fulfilled payment promise with remaining balance | The promise has been paid, but an amount is still outstanding. |
| Payment plan request | The customer has requested a settlement that needs to be reviewed. |
| SEPA form | The customer has filled in a SEPA mandate. |
| SMS bounce | An SMS could not be delivered. |
| Callback request | The customer wants to be called back. |
| New contact info | The customer changed their own contact info, and it needs to be checked. |
Good to know
- The task text in the details panel is in English, for example "An sms could not be sent and no backup has been set up, please add contact data" or "The settlement has failed".
- Which task types you see depends on what happens in your client. Types without open tasks are grey.
