Letters do not go to the printer straight away. Under Send > Quality control you first check them as a PDF, and then you send them per batch or all at once.
How to do it
- Go to Send > Quality control. The menu shows a badge with the number of batches.
- Choose the Letters tab (or Emails).
- Click a batch (grouped by template or subject, with "{n} letters" and how long ago). On the right you see the Document details (Created, MPID, Debtor, CID, Template, Layout; MPID and Debtor have a Copy button) and a PDF preview of the letter.
- Page through the PDF viewer and check the address, amounts and layout.
- Send: click the send icon next to the batch and confirm in Send letters ("Are you sure you want to send these letters?") with Send letters, or click Send {n} letters at the top to send everything.
Good to know
- At the top you see "Updated at: {date time}" with a refresh icon.
- In a test environment you see: "You are currently in a test environment. Letters are automatically cancelled after 7 days."
- On the right, when nothing is selected, you see "No preview selected".
- Letters are created one by one. You can only send a batch when the last letter is at least 10 minutes old. This way you never send half a batch.
- Is a letter not correct? See Regenerating or cancelling letters.
