Is a batch of letters not correct? In the action menu (ā¦) of the batch, choose Regenerate (create them again with the current data and template) or Cancel.
How to do it
- Go to Send > Quality control.
- Click ⦠next to the batch.
- Choose Regenerate to have the letters created again, for example after you changed an address or template, or Cancel to not send the batch.
- Confirm in the Regenerate letters or Cancel letters dialog. With Close you stop without taking action.
After regenerating you see the message "Letters queued for regeneration" and the batch disappears from the list for a moment. After that, the letters come back one by one in Quality control. The number goes up when you refresh the page.
Good to know
- Regenerate is grey for letters that were created from a supplied document: "Regenerate is not possible for letters created from a document."
- A badge next to the batch with the tooltip "Recently changed" means that the batch was changed a short time ago.
- You can only send a batch when the last letter is at least 10 minutes old. This way you never send half a batch.
