Under Settings > Envelopes you set in which envelope and with which priority letters go to the printer. There is always a default envelope (Blank envelope).
How to do it
- Go to Settings > Envelopes. The portal explains: "Here you can manage the envelopes that are used when sending letters."
- Click Create new envelope (or click an existing envelope to edit it).
- Fill in a Name (required).
- Choose the Send priority: Default (72 hours) or Priority (24 hours).
- Expand the configuration of your printer and fill it in:
| Configuration | Content |
|---|---|
| Paragon configuration | Only if Paragon is active for your client. |
| Multi-Post configuration | Envelope (a choice, or Add custom envelope) and Products (product UUIDs; "The product list is not available yet. Enter the product UUIDs manually. You can find the UUIDs at pms.multipost.com/products."), with the Add product button. |
| Strålfors configuration | Only if Strålfors is active. |
| Symeta configuration | Only if Symeta is active. |
| e-Boks configuration | Only if e-Boks is active as a digital delivery channel. |
Printers that are not active show "{name} is not activated as a printer for your client."
- Click Save.
