At the top of a profile panel there are three icons: Duplicate profile, Set as default and Deactivate profile. You bring back an inactive profile with Activate profile.
How to do it
- Go to Settings > Settlement profiles (or Payment promise profiles) and click a profile.
- Click the icon at the top:
| Icon | Action | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Copy | Duplicate profile | Fill in a New profile name and click Duplicate profile. The copy, with all settings and communication, opens straight away. |
| Check mark | Set as default | This profile gets the Default profile badge. |
| Prohibition sign | Deactivate profile | After the question "Are you sure you want to deactivate this settlement profile?", click Deactivate profile. The profile disappears from the list. |
Bringing back an inactive profile
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the list and turn on Show inactive profiles.
- Open the inactive profile and click Activate profile.
Good to know
- Deactivating does not change settlements and promises that already use this profile. They simply continue. Only new ones can no longer choose the profile.
- You cannot deactivate the default profile. First make another profile the default.
- An inactive profile cannot become the default ("This profile is inactive and cannot be set as default").
