In the collection order panel and in the action menu (ā¦) of a collection order, you can pause an active collection order or change its action date, resume a paused collection order and withdraw a collection order. Which action is possible depends on the status.
How to do it
- Open the customer and open the collection order (row or ⦠> View process).
- At the top of the collection order panel, click the icon of the action:
| Action | Icon | When possible |
|---|---|---|
| Pause | Pause | Only for an active collection order ("Only active collection orders can be paused") |
| Resume | Play | For a paused or ended collection order |
| Reschedule action date | Calendar | Only for an active collection order ("Only active collection orders can be rescheduled") |
| Withdraw flow | Bin | Not for paid or already withdrawn collection orders |
- Confirm in the dialog that appears:
| Action | Question in the dialog | Buttons |
|---|---|---|
| Pause | "Are you sure you want to pause this collection order?" | Cancel, don't pause / Pause |
| Resume | "Are you sure you want to resume this collection order?" | Cancel, don't resume / Resume |
| Withdraw | "Are you sure you want to withdraw this collection order?" | Cancel, don't withdraw / Withdraw |
After pausing or resuming you see the notice "Collection order successfully paused" or "Collection order successfully resumed".
Changing the action date
With Reschedule action date you decide when the next step of the flow is carried out.
- Click the calendar icon. The dialog shows "Pick the new action date (and time) for the next flow step."
- Under New action date (and time), choose a date and time. Below the field you see the current action date. Click Now to carry out the step right away.
- Click Reschedule action date.
Good to know
- The dialogs and the notices all use the term "collection order". It is the same thing as in this article.
- Grey icons and grey actions in the action menu are not possible in the current status; the tooltip explains why.
- For a paused collection order, the portal creates a task of the type Paused collection order. See Task types.
- A withdrawn collection order no longer sends messages; you can withdraw outstanding messages separately. See Postponing, withdrawing or cancelling a message.
- For an active collection order, the panel also shows Create settlement and Create payment promise. See Creating a settlement and Creating a payment promise.
