The Collection orders tab on the customer page shows all collection orders of the customer. Filter with the tiles, sort by date and open the details from the row or the action menu (ā¦). If you select collection orders, you get an action bar.
How to do it
- Open the customer; the Collection orders tab is active by default.
- Click a filter tile: All, Outstanding, Ended without payment or Paid. Each tile shows the number and the amount.
- Read the columns: Date (sortable), Subject (with the name of the flow below it), Reference, Total, Outstanding. Subject and Reference have a filter icon.
- Click the row to open the collection order panel, or click ⦠for the action menu.

Good to know
- A collection order belongs to exactly one customer and one flow; the reference is the payment reference of the payment request.
