For now, you send a payment request (a message with a paylink) through the old portal. The Send payment request button in the new portal opens it in a new tab.
How to do it
- Open the customer and click ā¦ > Send payment request next to the collection order, or click the send icon in the collection order panel.
- A new tab opens with the old portal, in the same client. Finish the payment request there.
- Back in the new portal, after sending you see the message on the Messages tab and in the timeline of the collection order.
Good to know
- The Send message wizard (send icon at the top right of the customer page) already shows the message type Payment request, with the text "This feature is not yet available." See Sending an informational message (letter, email or SMS).
- If your browser blocks pop-ups, the tab does not open. Allow pop-ups for portal.pom.eu.
