The new portal works with the same data as the old one, but with a new menu and new screens. A few parts are still in the old portal or are coming soon.
What is different
- Customers is the heart of the portal: search, customer page, collection orders, messages and paylinks are all in one place, with details in a side panel.
- Tasks replaces the work queue: task types are on the left, filters and sorting at the top.
- Agreements brings together Settlements and Payment promises, with status tiles and an export.
- Reports has a report builder in two steps and a Downloads list.
- Settings now only contains General settings, Settlement profiles, Payment promise profiles and Envelopes.
What still goes through the old portal

What is coming
