Click your name at the bottom left to open the user menu. There you switch language and color scheme, open Profile and log out.
How to do it
Switching language or color scheme
- Click your name at the bottom left.
- Click the Toggle color scheme icon for light or dark, or click Switch language and choose Nederlands, English, français, dansk, Deutsch or español.
Changing your name or initials
- Open the user menu and click Profile.
- Click the pencil next to Account.
- Fill in Display initials (1 or 2 letters for your avatar; you may leave this empty), First name, Last name and Language.
- Click Save.
Turning email notifications on or off
- Go to Profile > Notifications.
- Turn the Email notifications switch ("Receive emails about important updates.") on or off.
Logging out
Open the user menu and click Logout.
Good to know
- Under Profile > Security you find Two-Factor Authentication. If you log in with single sign-on, you see the Single Sign-On badge there, and your own organisation manages the security.
- Without single sign-on you can reset two-factor yourself, for example when you get a new phone. You are then logged out and set up two-factor again at your next login.
- An administrator can reset your two-factor via Security > Users. See Resetting two-factor authentication for a user.
- The user menu also contains API documentation (opens api.pom.eu/docs) and Status page (opens status.pom.eu).
