If you have access to more than one client, you switch at the top left with the client switcher. You can recognise a test environment by the Test badge.
How to do it
- Click the name of your client at the top left, or press ⌘ + J.
- Type a name or number in Search, or scroll through the list. Each row shows the logo, name and client number; test environments have the Test badge.
- Click the client you want to open.
Good to know
- At the top of the switcher you see your current client with its number and badge.
- In a test environment you see a notice on some pages, for example in Quality control: "You are currently in a test environment. Letters are automatically cancelled after 7 days."
- An administrator decides which clients you see, in your user account under Clients. See Creating a user.
