The sparkles icon on the customer page creates a short summary of the customer's recent activity (payments, messages, bounces) with advice on the best channel. The feature has the Beta label.
How to do it
- Open the customer.
- Click the sparkles icon (Generate an AI summary of recent activity).
- Choose the period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default) or Last 90 days.
- Wait until the steps Reviewing payments, Reading messages, Checking bounces and Writing summary are done.
- Read the summary: labels (for example POSITIVE, RESPONSIVE), the text and Suggested communication (for example "Use email to get in touch.").
Good to know
- At the bottom it says "Generated by POM AI." The summary is a tool to help you, not a replacement for the timeline.
- A summary is not saved; generate it again if you need it later.
