POM AI estimates for each open collection order how likely it is to remain unpaid. You see the Payment risk on the customer page, with what determines the score. Every Monday the portal creates tasks for the customers with the highest risk.
What you see on the customer page
Payment risk shows a risk level: Very low, Low, Medium, High or Very high, with a score in percent.
- Under Open cases you see the score for each collection order.
- Under What drives this score you see the factors, each with its effect on the risk.
- POM AI writes a short explanation in plain language. If that fails, the score and the factors stay visible.
- If the customer has no earlier completed collection orders, you see a note that the history is limited and the estimate is less reliable.
The weekly risk tasks
Every Monday the portal creates a new list of tasks for the customers with the highest risk, so you can follow them up yourself. The portal takes the highest scores up to the Weekly task limit, whatever the risk level: if the top 25 are all Medium, you still get 25 tasks. The new list replaces the previous one: tasks you did not complete are removed. Customers with a task that was completed in the last three months are skipped.
Settings
Under Settings > Payment risk you find two settings:
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Weekly task limit | The maximum number of payment risk tasks created each week. The riskiest open cases are picked first. Default 25. |
| Risk level mapping | The score from which each risk level starts. |
Good to know
- Payment risk is part of the POM AI licence ("Payment risk predictions and weekly risk tasks in Collect."). POM turns it on per client. Without the licence you see no scores and no risk tasks are created.
- Everyone who can see the customer also sees the scores. No separate permission is needed.
