Good to know
- A settlement always belongs to a collection order. Click the row to open the collection order panel with the Settlement section. See Viewing a settlement.
- You set up how a settlement works (terms, respite days, actions on a failed term) with a settlement profile. See Settlement profiles explained.
- A settlement is created in two ways: the customer requests it in MyCase, or a colleague creates it in the portal and chooses the settlement profile.
