In Agreements > Settlements, click a row. The collection order panel opens with the Settlement section at the top: all terms with their period, status and paid amount.
How to do it
- Go to Agreements > Settlements and click the settlement (or find the customer and open the collection order).
- Read the Settlement section:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Term | Sequence number and period (from and to date) |
| Status | For example Expired, Cancelled |
| Paid | Paid amount of the term |
| Total | Amount of the term |
At the bottom you see the Total row for the whole settlement.
- Below it, look at Invoices, Timeline and Details, as with every collection order. In the timeline you see settlement events such as "Settlement created by {name}" and "Step {step} was not executed because a payment plan is active".
Good to know
- The icons at the top are the same as in every collection order panel. For a collection order that has ended, you see Resume. See Viewing a collection order: invoices, timeline and details.
- Depending on the profile, a failed term creates the task Failed payment plan. See Task types.
