Click Export at the top right of Agreements > Payment promises. After a short time the CSV file appears under Reports > Downloads.
How to do it
- If you want, filter with a status tile first.
- Click Export. The Export payment promises dialog asks "Export {n} payment promises?".
- Click Export. You see the message "Export started. It will appear in Downloads when it is ready."
- Go to Reports > Downloads. The file is called payment_promises_{date}_{time}.csv. As soon as the status is Ready, you download it.
Good to know
- If there are no promises, the portal shows "There are no payment promises to export".
