Roles and permissions

Under Security > Roles you see which role has which permission. You cannot change the roles. For each user, you choose one of the six roles. The Users button on this page takes you to the user overview.

Which role to choose

Role	Typical use
Customer Service	Helping customers: searching, viewing, sending messages, viewing settlements and promises.
Agent	Like Customer Service, plus quality control and exports.
Manager	Like Agent, plus managing users and settings.
Configuration Manager	Like Manager, plus managing settlements, promises and their profiles.
Application Manager	Everything, including envelopes, SSO and import notifications.
User Manager	Only managing users and manual sending.

Permissions for customers, collection orders and tasks are not in the matrix. Every role has them.
