What if you knew which customers were unlikely to pay, before the first reminder even goes out? With Payment risk, Collect tells you. Also new this release: an Excel export for settlements and a D-form preview for Belgian hospitals.
Payment risk predicts, for every customer, how likely it is that they won't pay. Customers with an increased risk appear on the new Payment risk task list, marked with an AI icon, so your team knows exactly where to focus first.
Act before it escalates. Call, offer a payment plan or adjust the flow while there is still room for a solution.
Transparent, not a black box. Every risk signal shows whether there was enough data for an accurate score.
Quick to get started. One model for all of Collect, so there is no lengthy per-client training before you can use it.
Easy to switch on. Once POM AI is enabled for your environment, a settings page appears in Collect where you set up Payment risk.
Want to be one of the first to try it? We're opening Payment risk to a small group of clients first. Interested? Let us know through your contact person at POM.
Settlements export. Export the Settlements view to Excel, just like Workload. The export follows your filters, so you see in seconds which settlements are active, completed or failed.
D-form preview. Belgian hospitals can now check in Collect exactly which data will be on the D-form, before it goes to the print partner.
Peppol: find recipients by Luxembourg identification number. Besides VAT, Chamber of Commerce and GLN numbers, you can now also look up Peppol recipients by their national legal entity identification number.
Straight to the first instalment. After requesting a payment plan, the customer goes directly to the payment page for the first instalment. One step less, more completed plans.
Promise to Pay reminders at the right moment. Reminders are no longer sent at midnight, but at the time of day the promise was made.
Report builder. New columns: envelope_opened for letters, template name and template ID for messages, and extra columns in the returned letters report. Filters and export formatting (dates, decimals) are improved too.
The Messages export in the report builder now includes SMS messages, not just emails.
Direct debit pre-notifications are only sent when there is a usable mandate.
Instalments of payment plans with token payment are collected correctly again.
A kept partial payment promise was treated as broken. Fixed, along with three smaller Promise to Pay bugs (pre-due reminder, profile validation, sync).
Workload items close automatically again once the collection order is paid.
Creating a payment link in the new portal no longer shows an error.
Results are displayed correctly again when testing settlements.
The flow step "Send to Bancontact Pay app" now shows its name in flow management.
Variable checks in flows recognise all variables again after a bulk reset.
The "Mark message as paid" action has the correct icon again.
