You can now send letters, SMS messages, and emails from workflow nodes. We've also added payment promise exports, payment plan completion messages, and more control over payment methods through the API.
Workflows now support sending through letter, SMS, and email nodes. Each node has its own sending behavior:
The letter node sends a letter.
The SMS node sends a message with a recipient mode.
The email node uses the template's message type when sending.
The template picker now offers templates that match the workflow's communication intent. A collection order's communication intent also sets the email row type.
You can configure the pause step to read its duration from variables 1 through 500. The step also accepts a default of 0 hours.
You can export payment promises directly from the list view. The export includes message statuses for your reports.
Payment promise webhooks cover promises that have been created, kept, or broken. We've added these events to the API documentation.
We've also updated the payment promise card and table styling.
You can now send a message after a customer fully repays a payment plan. Use it to confirm that they've completed the plan.
Successful POM collections now appear as payments.
Payment plan exports now include id_request_client, so you can match exported records to client requests.
The collection order sync endpoint now accepts payment_modules. Synced collection orders also use the client's default payment modules.
The debtor and collection order endpoints now accept matching lengths for email addresses, phone numbers, and postal codes.
D-form is now available through the API with encryption.
You can now set a Reply-To address per client for outgoing email. Replies go to the address you configure for that client.
The send-documents dialog now marks documents with incomplete address details. The check uses the primary address on the collection order for the letter.
Complete the primary address on the letter's collection order before sending the document by post.
You can regenerate letters in the new print workflow.
The resend-letter pop-up now closes after you resend a letter in the new portal.
Free-text emails in the new interface now include all selected attachments.
We've updated the Danish translations in the payment window.
Address changes on a collection order now appear in its summary and customer information.
You can delete saved reports that are no longer usable.
The Peppol recipient VAT number label now mentions Matricule for Luxembourg legal entities.
